Welcome to the Blog Training
Like Wikis, blogs are easy to create and free. They can be used in a variety of ways to support instruction - from serving as a simple course web site to managing asynchronous discussions. Blogger, the blogging service we'll be using in the workshop, also has some extremely powerful tools for providing up-to-date resources.
I think I need a map from start to finish on creating an RSS feed. Is it - create a website, create a blog, create a podcast, create a feed. which URLs are needed and in what order? Thanks-

Here is the workflow pattern I suggest.
1. Create the podcast and place the MP3 file on a web server (if you have access to one).
2. Then create a blog to help promote and deliver the podcast episodes you'll be creating.
3. Create the feed (making the episodes subscribable) using FeedBurner.
Remember you only need one blogger account to create any number of blogs for different podcast series.
Also, you can deliver your podcasts by making a link to them on a web page (or in BlackBoard or another CMS).
I hope this helps. I'll try to make this clearer in the next set of training.
